Overview
The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CyLAS), in its ongoing effort to enhance its operational efficiency and ensure the secure electronic transmission of data via the TRS system, has revised its policy regarding the submission of specific forms. These forms, as defined in the relevant Circular, must now include a certified digital signature in accordance with the legal framework established under the Law on Electronic Signatures and Related Matters of 2004 [Ν.34(Ι)/2009] and [Ν.86(Ι)/2012].
Renewals of digital certificates, submission of new applications, and token deliveries are handled through the Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE), which operates as the Local Registration Authority (LRA) under an authorised Registration Authority (RA).
